Application: Territory Manager

Requirements

Ability to manage a productive, defined territory with established customers
Enthusiasm for assisting customers with technical questions and guidance concerning equipment application, installation, operation, and repair
Good communicator who is interested in equipment and can speak and write about machinery to engineers, plant managers, and company owners
Eager to receive extensive field training which leads to a more complete understanding of customer needs
Interest in hands-on experience fine-tuning and adjusting specialized machinery and operator screens
Desire to visit customers regularly, typically travelling about 1/3 of the time
Three or more years’ successful experience in industrial sales
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an industrial field
Ability to live within commuting distance of our office in Salem, Oregon
Ability to legally enter Canada
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. during on-site visits, start-ups, etc. in food processing plants
